The Gum Calculator, My Tracker, Craving Help and the Learn library need no account at all. We never ask for your name, date of birth, home address, phone number, medical diagnoses or medication list, and we never ask for card details — our payment processor collects those directly and we never see or store them.

An account is optional and only needed for the paid 30-Day Program. When you create one, we store:

• Your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google returns) so you can sign back in.
• Your purchase record — the fact that a payment completed, its amount, currency and the processor's reference. Not your card number.
• Your program progress — which day you are on, the goals you chose, your daily check-ins and anything you write in a reflection.
• A backup of your tracker — only if you press “Back up now” on your account page. Otherwise your tracker never leaves your browser.

Your program data is readable only by your own signed-in account. From your account page you can download everything we hold about you as a file, change your email address, or permanently delete your account and all of its data yourself. Purchase and payment records are kept without the account link afterwards, because tax, refund and chargeback rules require it.

The free tools store everything in your own browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded, synchronized between devices or linked to an account unless you sign in and choose to back it up. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove it.

Specifically, three things may be stored locally:

• Tracker entries — the time, type (nicotine or regular gum) and optional trigger for each piece you log. Your nicotine-free timer and body timeline are calculated from these entries on your device.
• Your “what are you noticing?” check-ins — the optional observations you tap, kept by day.
• Cost details — if you enter a box price and pieces per box in the Gum Calculator, the resulting cost per piece and your typical daily use are saved so the tracker can show a money estimate.

You can remove all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Calculator answers are used to display your results in the page and are not transmitted anywhere. The only part saved on your device is the optional cost information described above.

We do not run artificial-intelligence analysis over your entries or reflections, and there is no analytics or behavioral-tracking software on this site. Free-tool data never leaves your device at all, so we cannot see it.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Card details are entered on their secure form and never reach this site. We receive only the confirmation that a payment completed, plus an amount, currency and reference so we can grant and support your purchase.

This version includes no advertising networks, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics and no sharing of health information with third parties.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical request information (such as IP address and browser type) in order to serve pages.
